AXS - Version 1.0.6: Site Management and MEQ Simplified

The following features were added to the system:
  1. School Dashboard: Added Uploads and the MEQ module  to the School Dashboard.
  2. New Modules: Enabled a System Admin Console for admin users and added a meeting attendance module using QR codes.
  3. Administrative Access: Allows editing the Executive Director for each school.

AXS - Version 1.0.6: UI Overhaul and Team Data Consistency

These tasks represent improvements, validations, or updates to existing features:

  • UI/UX Redesign:

    • Updated the School Details UI based on the Advanced UI/UX webinar.

    • Reimagined the School Overview page.

    • Improved the quick links navigation.

    • Made the Navigation Home content dynamic.

  • Dashboard & Module Logic:

    • Updated the Time Log Module.

    • Made the Organization Calendar buttons live.

    • Formatted Remaining Hours in Operations > Training Summary to two decimal places.

  • Team Member/PCN Logic:

    • Match PCN "Reports To" with Team Member "Reports To" on save/update.

    • Created an audit for "Reports To" having inactive supervisors.

    • Addressed the difference between Schools (Team Member) vs. Location/School (PCN).

    • Handled the scenario for a Team Member with No Hire Date.

  • General & Navigation:

    • Validated MVP navigation for Admin, Manager, and User roles.

    • Added instructions to the Organization overview.

    • Replaced the Jira nBox Popup with the AISD Help Desk for support.

AXS - Version 1.0.6: UI Overhaul and Team Data Consistency

The following issues were resolved in this release:

  • Fixed an issue where the MEQ Dashboard was showing last year's data and was empty in the tabular report.

  • Removed Supper from the school dashboard summary.

  • Documented a win: Temps went down 60%. (While listed as a task, this appears to be documentation of a successful outcome rather than a code fix.)
